Cucumber and Mint Lemonade with Tequila

Mar 31, 2026 | Cocktails | 0 comments

Cucumber Mint Lemonade

Crisp, cool, and just a little bit dangerous.
Fresh cucumber and mint muddled with lemon and sugar, mixed up with tequila (or not), then topped with a sparkle — basically sunshine in a glass.

Whip up a batch anytime. Perfect for warm days, Easter hangs, or that “I’ll just have one” garden party moment (you won’t).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 English cucumber, chopped, plus slices for garnish
  • 3 Mint springs, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups Blanco tequila
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh lemon slice for garnish

Directions

  1. Muddle cucumber and mint in a pitcher.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher until sugar is dissolved. Add to pitcher with cucumber and lemon, stir.
  3. Let steep 2 hours.
  4. Discard cucumber and mint.
  5. Stir in tequila.
  6. Add ice to your glass and fill 3/4 full with cocktail mixture, top with sparkling water. Adjust to taste.
  7. Garnish with lemon, cucumber, and mint.

Note

This is also a great mocktail, just leave tequila out and adjust the amount of sparkling water you use.

Feel free to make this and leave it in your fridge and add tequila to each glass individually so everyone gets it made to their taste.
