Gardeners Spritz

Gardeners Spritz

This refreshing little taste of heaven we found from Empress 1908 Gin.

Somewhere between a Hugo Spritz and a French 75… kind of like we got distracted by the garden and made this instead. Bright, bubbly, and just floral enough to make you feel fancy.

Ingredients

  • 11/2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
  • 1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 6 Mint Leaves, plus more to garnish
  • Sparkling Wine, to top (choose your favourite, prosecco or cava would be great here)
  • Soda Water, to top

Directions

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves, gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice and shake well.
  2. Strain into a large wine glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with sparkling wine and a splash of soda and garnish with more mint leaves.
