Ingredients

• 1-1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
• Irish Whiskey - Try Tullamore Dew
• 1/2 oz Irish Crème
• Whipped Creme - Homemade would be great here
• Mint leaves

Directions

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add your melon liqueur, Irish Whiskey and Irish Creme and shake well.
3. Strain over fresh ice into an double old fashioned glass (larger than a rocks glass).
4. Top with whipped cream and fresh mint.
