Sassy Southern Belle

May 1, 2026 | Mocktails | 0 comments

Sassy Southern Belle

Bright, bubbly, and just a little bit cheeky, the Sassy Southern Belle brings a cool minty breeze to any warm spring day. It starts crisp and refreshing with a fizzy lift, then eases into a gentle sweetness that lingers on the finish—especially if you snag a mint leaf mid-sip.

Perfect for spring afternoons and summer weekend vibes, it’s light, refreshing, and easygoing enough for everyone to enjoy. Whether you are kitted out you are in your finest outfit or just sporting your favourite sunglasses, the Belle keeps things light and just sassy enough to earn her name.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add peach puree, mint-infused simple syrup and and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain over fresh ice in a julep cup or large wine glass.
  3. Top with Sparkling Rose and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

**Mint-Infused Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  1. Combine water, sugar, and mint leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute; remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.
  2. Pour syrup into a sterilized glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove mint leaves; let cool.
