In collaboration with our friends at Structures Brewing, this modern hop-forward IPA was brew with Wa-iti, Dolcita, and Nelson Sauvin for a highly aromatic blast of white grape, lime zest, soft stone fruit, and delicate floral citrus. Bright, expressive, and just assertive enough to make its point clearly the first time. A restrained bitterness and pillowy body keep things dangerously drinkable, while the NZ hop bill delivers layer after layer of tropical fruit, gooseberry, and citrus candy character. 6.5% ABV 30 IBU
