This Pale Ale was 100% fermentation dry-hopped with Citra with no post-fermentation dry-hopping. This creates the maximum amount of what we call biotransformation, which is transformation of hop compounds creating an amplified tropical character and mouthfeel. It will also create a cleaner finished product with less ‘green character’. 5% ABV 25 IBU
