Is a hazy IPA made using Topp’s Hops’ new Pellet X, an industry-first extract infused T-90 hop pellet. For this beer, we used Idaho 7 formulated into Pellet X with Citra T-90 hops. Think of those juicy citrus notes you’d expect from Citra, super-saturated with tangerine, pineapple, and guava coming from the infusion of Idaho 7.
