This is number 8 in the series, and it uses HBC 638 and Eclipse hops along with some citrus zest. They used lemon, lime and orange juices to add to the bold flavour of this brew. These two hops lend themselves perfectly to the citrus forward beer, and the zest gives it another flavour punch. We can definitely see HBC638 getting a name one day, as it’s a terrific hop. We love this series, and we can’t wait to see what they create next! 6.5% ABV
