A light bodied clear IPA with assertive bitterness, fruit/tropical hop flavour and a dry finish. Fermented with our lager yeast strain and then dry hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra. We ferment with our lager strain at a warmer temperature to bring out different yeast characteristics than a typical lager style beer. Corn and Rice are used in the mash to create a crisp and light body. 8% ABV 70 IBU
