The journey began in 2008 when our master blender, inspired by the goodness and abundance of organic BC blueberries, created an exquisite blueberry eau de vie. It patiently rested becoming delicate and smooth. To create the ultimate after dinner sipper, our distillery team blended it with fresh blueberry juice in 2021. Not too sweet, but full of BC blueberry flavour. 20% ABV
